Fitness Regimen - Day One

I designated a hilly 4 mile stretch of a back country road as my track. I have used this in the past as a trail for when I am hiking with weights, horseback riding, or motorcycling.

Today, I left and set my chronograph. I averaged 5 miles an hour, arriving at the end shortly before 48 minutes had elapsed.

I ate very little. I had only an energy drink in the afternoon, until 20:00 hours. After which time I consumed a moderate amount of food.
