Fitness Regimen - Day Two

Today, as I did yesterday, I ran the track. This time however, I averaged 6 miles an hour, arriving at track end at 39:59 or shortly thereafter. I was pleased that I had shaken an extra mile an hour today.

I ate nothing today as of 16:00 hours. I only had approx. 7 ounces of water around 15: 30 hours.
