USMC Fitness Regimen

I am using the USMC (Marine Corps) Fitness Test. It involves a 3 mile run, pushups, situps, and flexed chin ups on a bar.

For the males:

Maximum time for the 3 mile run is 28:00 minutes even.

Minimum Number of Chin ups is 3.

Minimum number of situps is 50.

For females,

Maximum time for 3 mile run is 31:00 minutes even.

Flexed Arm Hang Time (look it up) is 15 seconds.

Minimum Number Of Situps is 50.

I would recommend this system to everyone who wants to really be in shape...It works very well!
